These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you may participate in the prize draws described below (the “Promotion1”, Promotion2”) and claim rewards (“Promotion 3”).
Promotion 1,2 and 3 are operated by The Venues Collection, part of Compass Contract Services (U.K.) Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 02114954 whose registered office is at Parklands Court, 24 Parklands, Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, Birmingham B45 9PZ (the “Promoter”).
By entering the Promotion 1, 2 or 3 you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not enter any of the Promotions. If you enter the Promotions but subsequently seek not to accept the Terms and Conditions in full, you will not be eligible to win or claim a Prize (as defined below).
The Promotions are open to all residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) who are over the age of 18.
Employees of the Promoter (or its affiliated companies), or its sub-contracted operator, and their immediate families, or other persons professionally connected with the Promoter, the sub-contracted operator and the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
Prize Promotion 1: By joining the rewards programme you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Love2Shop gift card.
We will draw one winner at random on each of the following dates 1st September 23, 1st December 23, 1st March 24 and 1st June 2024.The winner will be contacted by email or phone. The winner must respond within 3 months to claim their prize.
Prize Promotion 2: By entering the enquiry prize draw you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Love2Shop gift card.
We will draw one winner at random on each of the following dates 1st September 23, 1st December 23, 1st March 24 and 1st June 2024.The winner will be contacted by email or phone. The winner must respond within 3 months to claim their prize.
To qualify for the enquiry prize draw (Promotion 2) and booking rewards (Promotion 3) an event must equal a minimum contracted value of £1000.
Prize Promotion 3: By making a claim you will be requesting booking rewards. Events of over £1000 can claim £10 Love2Shop gift card. An additional £10 gift card can be claimed for every £1000 thereafter. For example, if your event confirms for £3,000 you will be entitled to £30 Love2Shop gift card.
Event values will be calculated exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and based on pre-contracted elements provided directly by The Venues Collection. This excludes any additional items which may have been sourced via a 3rd party on your behalf by The Venues Collection such as AV equipment.
Total event values will be rounded down to the nearest £1000.
Events must be contracted to standard Venues Collection event terms & conditions in order to qualify.
Event types included in the rewards scheme, where all other conditions are met, are as follows:
- 24 Hour & Day Delegate conferences, meetings & events.
- Training events
- Team building
- Room hire
- Corporate banqueting
Bookers must be signed up to the rewards programme prior to the initial enquiry being placed for a claim to be valid.
Cancelled events will not be eligible to claim rewards.
Rewards claims redemption can only be made after an event has taken place and the final bill paid. This claim must be made within 3 months of the final payment been made.
Claims can only be made against the pre-contracted value of the event and only where the event value meets the pre-contracted value of the event. If for any reason the event value is below the pre-contracted amount, then the reward amount will be at the venues discretion.
Grow Venue Rewards cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Claims can only be made once for each event. Where an agent has booked an event on behalf of a client, only one party will be able to claim rewards. Where both parties are members of the rewards scheme, it will be up to the agent to decide who receives the rewards.
Points cannot be accrued and will be paid out on an event-by-event basis within 3 months of the claim being made.
The Venues Collection accept no liability for you claiming rewards in line with your own company policy.
The Venues Collection accept no liability for any tax implications incurred as a result of receiving rewards.
Promotion 1,2 and 3 opens on 1 July 2023 and shall run until 1 July 2024 (“Promotional Period”) although may be closed early or extended to a later date at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable post-award publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winners’ names and company names on its website and social media channels. You are under no obligation to post your reaction on your social media channels but if you do you must have sought permission from your organisation to post this.
The Prize is as stated only. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative or auctioned in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If the Winner does not respond to their winning email, the prize will be deemed unwanted and that Winner’s claim to a Prize will be forfeited.
The names of the Winners will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter.
By entering Promotion 1,2 or 3, participants agree that the Promoter may use personal data relating to participants for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
When entering the competition, participants are agreeing to join Levy UK & Ireland’s mailing list for marketing communications. Please review our privacy notice here. Participants may opt-out at any time by clicking the opt-out link in received emails, or by emailing marketing@limevenueportfolio.com and asking to be removed from the mailing list.
Participants’ personal data will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties without the relevant participants’ prior consent.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend the Promotion or withdraw the promotion, with no liability to any participant or third party.
We will manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data and can be found on our website at www.compass-group.co.uk/about/privacy-policy/
The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Promotion 1,2 or 3 or as a result of accepting the Prize.
The Promotions and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
